18/6/2009Mystery over UFO images
THESE are the home video clips that have intrigued a Scots UFO expert - and left him perplexed.
Footage shot by Evening Times reader John McGregor appears to show a diamond-shaped object speeding through the sky and, later, a silver or orange ball-shaped object.
John, of Whiteinch, said: " "The images are a mystery - I would love to find out exactly what they are."
He estimated the orange sphere-like object was some 200ft up when he fi lmed it.
The first was filmed from Whiteinch over Govan, while the second was over Paisley.
Ron Halliday, author of several books on the paranormal, and the man behind the X-Files column in the Evening Times until a few years ago, said:
"John has certainly caught something on his video, although it is hard to make out exactly what could be involved.
"The video is certainly worth further investigation."
